We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Should an item not fit or not meet your expectations, we offer you a hassle-free return and exchange option.

Return period

You can return items to us within 100 days of receipt.

Conditions for returns

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original condition
  • All labels, seals and packaging must be present

Digital products

As soon as a digital product has been sent, activated or downloaded, your right of withdrawal expires completely.

A return or refund is then no longer possible.

Return label

After registering your return, we will send you a free return label by email. You can then simply drop off the parcel at the nearest drop-off point.

Refund

As soon as your return has reached us and been inspected, the refund will be issued to the payment method originally used.

If you would like to exchange an item, please let us know the desired variant in the form.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to process my return?

After we have received your parcel, processing usually takes 3–5 working days. The refund is then arranged immediately.

Can I also return an item without a return label?

Yes, that is possible. However, in this case we do not cover the shipping costs. Please send the item to our address and include your order number.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

In this case, please contact us immediately at support@karinex.de with photos of the damaged item. We will then take care of a solution.
