Return period

You can return items to us within 100 days of receipt.

Return conditions

  • The item must be unused.
  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • All labels, seals and packaging must be present.

Digital products

Once a digital product has been shipped, activated or downloaded, your right of withdrawal expires completely .

Returns or refunds are no longer possible after this point.

Return label

After you register your return, we will send you a free return label via email. You can then simply drop off the package at your nearest drop-off point.

Yes, that's possible. However, we won't cover the shipping costs in this case. Please send the item to our address and include your order number.
