What this authorisation means
On 16 September 2025, KARINEX (owner: Karina Khrystych, Havighorster Redder 51, 22115 Hamburg) accepted the terms of the Microsoft Partner Agreement (MPA) with the Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA.
With the attached Letter of Authorization dated 18 September 2025, signed by Emily Grindberg (Authorized Signer, Microsoft Corporation), Microsoft confirms the authorisation to resell Microsoft products under the Cloud Solution Provider programme for the Europe region.
For you as a customer, this means: verified origin, legally compliant licensing and a point of contact that is registered directly in the Microsoft Partner Network.
What this means for your purchase
Partner status is not a badge to admire, but the foundation of how a licence comes into being with us in the first place. As a registered partner in the Cloud Solution Provider programme, we source licences through a traceable chain and pass them on to you digitally. In addition, we carry original volume licences that may be resold under the European principle of exhaustion.
In concrete terms: you receive the product key with an official download link and step-by-step instructions by e-mail, usually within a few minutes of payment being received. You also get an invoice with VAT shown separately, which self-employed persons and businesses can deduct in full. For licence keys that have not been activated, we voluntarily grant a 100-day right of return; after activation, returns are excluded under § 356 Abs. 5 BGB (German Civil Code).
Should an activation unexpectedly fail, we will provide a replacement key free of charge. Our support team is available for this every day from 06:00 to 23:00 (German time), via live chat, WhatsApp and e-mail.
