Hardware binding. After successful activation, the Windows 11 Pro license is bound to the hardware configuration of the device. With motherboard replacement or extensive hardware changes, the product key may no longer function.
Multiple activation. Simultaneous activation of the license key on multiple devices is not permitted under Microsoft's licensing terms.
