How do I sign up?
Just create a free account at karinex.de. You automatically become a member of the Rewards program and start collecting points right away.
How do I earn points?
You get 5% cashback in points on every order, 500 points for every successful referral, 100 points for signing up to the newsletter, 75 points per product review and 200 points as a birthday bonus.
When are my points credited?
Points for purchases are credited 14 days after delivery (once the withdrawal period has ended). All other points are credited instantly.
How do I redeem points?
Go to “Redeem points” in your account and choose your desired discount amount. You’ll instantly get a voucher code you can redeem at checkout.
Do my points expire?
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited. As long as you shop actively, you won’t lose any points.
How does the refer-a-friend program work?
Share your personal referral link. When your friend orders with it, they get 10% off their first order and you get 500 points credited.
