Does the upgrade from Windows 10 or Windows 11 Home work?
Yes. A direct upgrade from Windows 10 Pro/Home or Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro is possible. For Home upgrades you simply enter the new Pro key under Settings → Activation → Change product key. Hardware prerequisites: TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot.
Is reselling legally permissible?
