32-bit or 64-bit, which should I choose?
On modern PCs we recommend 64-bit. Only choose the 32-bit file if you have an older 32-bit system.
Are Access or Publisher included?
No. Neither is part of the Standard edition. If you need Access, choose the Professional Plus edition. Publisher is generally no longer included in Office 2024.
The key doesn’t work, what can I do?
Please remove all older Office versions and restart your PC. If it still doesn’t work, message us via WhatsApp or e-mail and we’ll solve it together.
