You get personal, step-by-step guidance with installing and activating your software, priority handling of your questions about setup and use, individual advice on the right version (e.g. for Windows or Mac), and support with data migration and switching from an older version.

You complete your purchase including the setup service and receive a personal point of contact right away. We then set up your software together – by e-mail, chat, or by remote access if you prefer. A personal contact person takes care of your request.

If you wish, guided setup is carried out via remote access using AnyDesk. Access only takes place with your explicit consent and only for the duration of the shared session. Your data is treated confidentially; there is no access beyond the setup itself.

No. Your statutory warranty rights apply independently of this service and are, of course, free of charge for all customers. The setup service is an additional offer for anyone who wants their software ready to use without any detours.
