Use Rufus to write the downloaded ISO file to a USB stick (at least 8 GB) and start the installation from it.

Download the appropriate ISO file, use Rufus to create a bootable USB stick, boot the PC from it and follow the installation wizard. You enter the product key during installation or afterwards under Control Panel → System → Change product key.
If you have more than 4 GB of RAM, choose 64-bit. The 32-bit version only makes sense with very old hardware or older 32-bit programs.
