Frequently asked questions +

How quickly will I receive my digital products? +

You receive digital products immediately after purchase by e-mail or as a direct download - no waiting time!

How long does shipping take for physical products? +

We usually dispatch your physical order within 1-2 business days. Delivery then takes 2-4 business days within Germany.

Can I return my order? +

Yes. Within 100 days of purchase we refund the full purchase price on request, no questions asked – even if the key has already been activated (100-day money-back guarantee). In addition, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to licence keys and physical products; for digital keys it expires upon activation in accordance with § 356 (5) BGB (German Civil Code) – the guarantee remains unaffected.

Which payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all common payment methods such as credit card, Klarna, invoice, prepayment, SOFORT bank transfer, Apple Pay and Google Pay - secure and protected.

Do you offer support for all products? +

Yes, we offer comprehensive support for all our products - both digital and physical. Contact us at any time if you have questions!
